Abstract:It is the core of modern hospital marketing concept to satisfy the medical demand of patients. From an angle of philosophy, the existence of heterogeneity of patient demand is the materialistic basis for market segmentation, and the dialectical unity of universality and particularity from patient is the dialectical basis.
