广州市吸毒人群艾滋病高危行为及知识水平的调查研究

目的了解吸毒者艾滋病知识知晓水平及其行为特征，为制定合理干预措施提供依据。方法自制调查问卷，采用面对面访谈的调查方式对广州市2间戒毒所的戒毒者进行调查。结果被调查者中，56．8％有静脉注射吸毒史，其中入所前半年共针率为16．9％。99．6％的调查者有过性行为，其中52．2％的人存在婚前性行为，13．4％存在多个性伴侣，6．1％存在商业性行为。安全套使用率与性交对象熟悉程度成反比。对艾滋病基础知识知晓率大部分高于80％。吸毒和高危性行为减少危害知识的知晓率部分大于80％。安全套正确使用的知晓率普遍较低。结论吸毒者构成了HIV在吸毒者、暗娼或嫖客到家庭成员的传播链，致使艾滋病从高危人群向一般人群扩散。在改变吸毒者态度和增强吸毒者防范知识的同时．如何达到行为与其相统一．仍需进一步研究。

An investigation on drug users' high-risk behavior of HIV infection & knowledge about AIDS in Guangzhou

Objective To provide information for preventing HIV infection by studying drug users' knowledge about HIV/AIDS,high-risk behaviors of HIV infection.Methods 667 drug users forced to attend two drug addict treatment centres in Guangzhou city were investigated in a face-to-face interview using a self-designed questionnaire.Results 56.8% respondents were injection drug users,52.2%respondents had non-marital sex,13.4% had multi-partners,and 6.1% had commercial sex in the nearly six months before they were forced to attend the center.More than 80% respondents know the based knowledge about HIV/AIDS and more than 80% know part of the knowledge about harm-reduction of high-risk behaviors.However,the rate of knowledge about how to use condom is very low.Conclusion Drug users have become the transmitted chain of HIV from drug users and sex workers to common populations.It is necessary to make a component of a comprehensive HIV prevention model for preventing HIV infection in drug user populations.In next step,we must lay stress on how to improve drug users' knowledge and attitude about HIV/AIDS,resulting to change their behaviors.
