肺炎支原体感染与CRP关系分析

目的探讨肺炎支原体感染(MP)与C-反应蛋白(C-reactive protein,CRP)间的关系。方法采用7170A全自动生化分析仪测定血清超敏C-反应蛋白(hs-CRP);肺炎支原体抗体诊断试剂盒(被动凝集法)测定血清MP-IgM。结果在68例MP感染组(MP-IgM≥1∶160)中CRP平均值为(6.12±3.58)mg/L,有20例CRP阳性(CRP>8mg/L)。而在68例的正常儿童组中仅有2例的CRP呈阳性,其平均值为(1.12±0.35)mg/L。两组CRP平均值相比存在非常显著性差异(p<0.01)。结论MP感染可导致CRP水平升高。

ANALYSIS OF THE CORRELATION BETWEEN MYCOPLASMA PNEUMONIAE INFECTION AND CRP

Objective To explore the relation between mycoplasma pneumoniae infection and C - reactive protein（CRP）, Methods To cheek high sensitivity C - reactive protein （ hs - CRP） by using HITACHI 7170 Automatic Analyzer device; And to Cheek the Antibodies to Myeoplasma pneumoniae （ MP - IgM） by using Diagnostic Kit for Measurement of Antibodies to Myeoplasma pneumoniae. Result In the 68 samples myeoplasma pneumoniae infection group（ MP - IgM≥1 ： 160）, the average of CRP is （6.12±3.58） mg/L, there are 20 samples show CRP - positive （ CRP 〉 8 mg/L） ; Compare with another healthy infant group （ 68 samples）, only 2 semples show CRP-positive, the average of CRP is （1.12 ±0.35） mg/L, Different is obviously between the myeoplasma pneumoniae infection group and healthy infant group（p 〈 0.01 ）, Conclusion myeoplasma pneumoniae infection will cause CRP level increase.
