一次性改良灌肠袋在溃疡性结肠炎患者中的应用

目的 探讨一次性改良灌肠袋对溃疡性结肠炎的治疗效果.方法 将120例溃疡性结肠炎患者随机分为2组,观察组60例,对照组60例.对照组采取传统保留灌肠方法,观察组采取一次性改良医用高分子(PCC)灌肠袋,并根据病变部位的不同,选择不同的插管深度及灌肠后的体位.结果 与对照组比较,观察组药液在肠道内保留时间明显延长、灌肠药液外溢明显减少、总有效率明显增高.结论 应用改良后的灌肠袋灌肠可明显减少药液外溢、延长药液在肠道内保留时间、利于药液与溃疡面的广泛接触,提高治疗溃疡性结肠炎的疗效,并给临床护理工作提供了方便,易于操作.

Application of disposable reformed retention - enema bag in ulcera-tive colitis patients

Objective To study therapeutic efficacy of disposable reformed retention - enema bag in ul-cerative colitis patients. Methods 120 ulcerative colitis patients were divided into two groups randomly, observa-tion group was included 60 patients adopting disposable reforming PVC enema bag, and selecting different cannula deep and body posture after coloclysis according to different diseased region. Control group was included 60 patients adopting tradition retention - enema. Results Compared with those of control group, the retention time of physic liquor within intestinal tract of observation group was obviously prolong, the enema overflowing was obviously de-creased, and the total effective rate was obviously increased. Conclusions The application of reformed enema bag can obviously reduce physic liquor overflow, prolong the retention time, profit physic liquor to get in touch with ulcer surface extensively, raise the curative effect of ulcerative colitis, and provide convenience to clinical nursing work, easy to manipulate.
