| 摘 要： | 为了证实三维ＣＴ成像这一放射学技术在口腔颌面外科中的作用，作者自１９９３年始应用西门子Ｐｌｕｓ－ｓ型ＣＴ机对７２例颌面部骨组织外伤、肿瘤以及颌面部某些软组织病变进行了螺旋ＣＴ扫描三维成像，并进行了软组织三维成像的临床研究工作。经临床应用证明，三维ＣＴ成像对颌面部病变的诊断和治疗均有积极的指导意义。

| Abstract: | DCTreconstructionasanewroentgenographictechniquehasnotbeenusedsomuchinoralandmaxilofacialregionsinourcountry.FromMay1993toMay1995,72casesof3DCTre-constructionhavebeenperformedbyaSiemensPlus-sCTscannerforthemaxilofacialinjuriesandjawbonediseases.The3DCTreconstructionofsofttissuseshasbenusedtoo.Itisshowedthat3DCTreconstructionisausefultechniqueforthediagnosisandsurgicalplanningofdiseasesinoralandmaxilofacialregions. |
