安尔碘联合阿奇霉素治疗宫颈支原体感染的临床观察

目的探讨安尔碘联合阿奇霉素治疗宫颈支原体感染的临床疗效。方法将宫颈分泌物支原体（Uu或Mh）培养阳性者随机分成两组，对照组为单纯应用阿奇霉素治疗组；观察组为安尔碘液联合阿奇霉素治疗组；两组分别于治疗开始的第10天进行宫颈拭子支原体培养，阳性者间隔两周再次复查，根据培养结果，结舍症状体征判断疗效。结果观察组和对照组的临床有效率分别为93．3％和46．7％，观察组与对照组比较差异有显著性意义（P〈0．05）。结论安尔碘液与阿奇霉素联合用药为治疗宫颈支原体感染的有效方法。

An Clinical Observation on the Efficacy of Anerdian in Combination with Azithromycin in Treating Uterocervical MycoplasMa Infection

Objective To investigate the clinical efficacy of Anerdian in combination with Azithromycin in the treatment of uterocervical mycoplasma infection.Methods From June 2005 to July 2006,60 patients of Juancheng Family Planning Hospital with positive results for Uu or Mh culture of uterocervical secretion were randomized into two groups.There were 30 patients in the control group and they were treated with Azithromycin only.The 30 patients in the investigation group were treated with Anerdian in combination with Azithromycin.Uterocervical secretion of all the patients in the two groups were cultured for Uu or Mh at the tenth day of the treatment and the Uu or Mh positive patients were recultured again two weeks after.Results The rate of effectiveness of the investigation group was 93.3 percent and that of the control group was 46.7 percent.There was a significant difference between the two groups(P<0.05).Conclution Anerdian combination with Azithromycin is an effective method in the treatment of uterocervical mycoplasma infection.
