Abstract:	We report a rare case of primary non-Hodgkin's lymphoma of bone which presented with an osteolytic lesion of the head of the right talus which to the best of our knowledge is the first case to be reported in the paediatric age group. Early and accurate identification is necessary as it has a good prognosis.
