| 摘 要： | 目的:探讨口腔修复治疗中活髓牙预备前运用The Wand口腔局部麻醉仪行局部麻醉的方法和效果。方法:随机选择需行活髓牙预备的患者87例,分为2组,分别运用The Wand口腔局部麻醉仪和传统手动注射2 种方式。以VAS标尺法由患者对疼痛程度进行打分,口腔医师评价麻醉效果,统计麻醉完全、良好、有效和失败的比例,观察患者在麻药使用前后的心率、血压的变化。结果:2组患者的VAS评分差异有统计学意义(P<0.01), 麻醉完全、良好、有效和失败的比例差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。2种麻醉方式对心率、血压均无明显影响。结论:口腔修复治疗中活髓牙预备时运用The Wand口腔局部麻醉仪进行局部麻醉具有减轻疼痛、麻醉完全的效果。

| Abstract: | Objective: To evaluate the anesthetic effect and influence using the Wand oral cavity local anesthesia in teeth preparation of vital teeth. Methods:Eight-seven patients with vital teeth were randomly divided into two groups. Pain intensity were scaled by VAS. Pulse and blood pressure were observed before and 5 minutes after drugs administration. Results:The anesthetic effect of the Wand was significant better than traditional method (P<0. 01). No significant changes of pulse and blood pressure were found during the whole process. Conclusions:The Wand oral cavity local anesthesia is an efficient and safe dental anesthesia method. |
