某离子膜烧碱建设项目职业病危害预评价

摘    要:目的识别、评价和分析某改建项目可能产生及存在的职业病危害因素,确定危害类别,为卫生行政部门审批建设项目提供可行的技术依据。方法综合运用检查表法、类比调查等建设项目职业病危害预评价方法进行分析评价。结果类比项目显示,氯碱分厂冷冻工段操作室等效A声级值为94.3 dB,电解工段中氯气最高接触浓度为1.26 mg/m3,均超过国家标准。本建设项目的总体布局、拟采取的职业病防护措施、职业卫生管理和事故应急措施等均符合国家卫生标准。建设项目生产过程中可能产生氯气、氢氧化钠、盐酸和噪声等职业病危害因素,属于职业病危害严重的建设项目。结论本建设项目可行性论证报告中拟采取的职业病危害防护设施基本符合国家职业卫生标准和卫生要求。从职业卫生角度分析该项目是可行的。
