| 摘 要： | 目的：探讨低位直肠癌全直肠系膜切除术吻合口瘘的原因和防治措施。方法：回顾分析2004年1月-2007年7月我科76例低位直肠癌患者行全直肠系膜切除术的临床资料。结果：76例患者，术后发生吻合口瘘8例（10．5％），其中再次手术1例。结论：应用双吻合器技术使低位直肠癌保肛率增加。手术时间缩短，吻合牢固、可靠。发生吻合口瘘原因复杂，充分术前准备、正确使用吻合器、保证吻合口血运良好、加强术后管理是预防吻合口瘘的关键。

| Abstract: | Objective:To observe the reason and prevention and treatment of whole mesenterectomy complicated by stoma-fistula in low-set rectal cancer.Methods: Retrospectively analysis 76 cases with low-set rectal cancer treated by whole mesenterectomy from 2004 January to 2007 July.Results: 8 cases complicated with stoma-fistula,account for 10.5 %.1 case was operated two times.Conclusion:Application of double-stapler technique could increase keeping-anus rate,shorten operating time and firm stoma reliably.The reason o... |
