| 摘 要： | 目的探讨妊娠高血压综合征（妊高征）患者血清尿素氮、尿酸与血清钙浓度检测的临床价值。方法检测50例正常孕妇及50例妊高征患者血清尿素氮（BuN）、尿酸（UA）和血清钙（Ca^2＋）值，并进行比较。结果妊高征孕妇组血清尿素氮及尿酸浓度明显升高，与正常孕妇组相比，差异显著（P〈0.01）；妊高征孕妇组血清钙浓度明显低于正常孕妇组，且差异显著（P〈0.01）。结论联合检测血尿素氮、尿酸及血清钙浓度可作为预测与判断妊高征发生的监测指标,对妊高征的诊断和治疗也均具有参考价值。

| Abstract: | Objective To investigate the changes of blood urea nitrogen（ BUN）, uric acid（UA）, serum calcium in patients with pregnancy - induced hypertension syndrome and explore their clinical significance, Methods The levels of blood BUN, UA and serum lcium in 50 normal pregnant women and 50 patients with pregnancy - induced hypertension syndrome were detected. Results The levels of blood BUN andUA in patients with pregnancy-induced hypertension syndrome were significantly higher than those of normal pregnant women （P 〈 0. 01 ）. The level of serum calcium in patients with pregnancy induced hypertension syndrome were lower than those of normal pregnant women （P 〈 0.01 ）, Conclusion The levels of blood BUN, UA and serum calcium are associated with the occurrence of hypertension syndrome in pregnant women. |
