肿瘤间质血管与结直肠癌术后肝转移的关系

目的：探讨肿瘤间质血管的量与结直肠癌根治术后肝转移的关系。方法：回顾性研究了242例结直肠癌患者术后病理结果及肝转移情况。用光镜观察肿瘤间质血管的数量，并分为大部分多量、部分多量、局部多量和少量4种情况，随访5年后，统计术后转移复发率。结果：结直肠肿瘤间质血管分布多的患者与分布少的患者相比较，其肝转移率差异显著（P＜0．01）。结论：肿瘤间质血管的多少与结直肠癌关系密切，它可以作为筛选高危患者的一项指标。

Relationship between tumor interstitial vascularity and postoperative metastasis of colorectal carcinoma to the liver

Objective To investigate the relations of the amount of tumor interstitial vascularity with postoperative metastasis of coloreclal cancer to the liver. Methods Retrospective study was conducted to analyze the pathology and liver metastasis in 242 cases of coloreclal carcinoma. The tumor interstitial vascularity was observed with light microscopy and four categories of the blood vessels were classified, that is, highly vascular, partially vascular, locally vascular and little vascular. All the study subjects were followed up for 5 years to calculate the rates of metastasis and recurrence. Results There was a significant difference in metastasis to the liver between the patients with highly vascular colorectal carcinoma and those with little vascular tumor stroma. Conclusions The amount of blood vessels in tumor stroma was closely related with metastasis of colorectal carcinoma to the liver. And this would serve as an indicator of selecting high risk patients.
