立体定向治疗高血压脑出血

目的探讨立体定向手术治疗高血压脑出血的机制、时机、方法和疗效。方法选择100例高血压脑出血患者,随机平均分为两组:立体定向治疗组50例,常规手术治疗50例设为对照组。定向组所有患者住院后6 h内在CT引导下行立体定向置管抽吸引流术。所有患者术后随访6~12个月。结果统计学分析定向组并发症发生率、致残率、死亡率均明显低于常规手术组(P<0.05)。结论立体定向置管引流术治疗高血压脑出血较常规手术治疗具有疗效好、并发症少、简单、安全等诸多优点,易被患者接受。

Stereotactic in the treatment of hypertensive cerebral hemorrhage

Objective To explore the opportunity,operative method and the efficiency for hypertensive cerebral hemorrhage by stereotactic.Methods One hundred patients with hypertensive cerebral hemorrhage.They were randomly divided into two groups:stereotacic group and routine operative group(control group).All patients of stereotactic group were treated with stereotactic CT guided drain and aspiration within the first six hours in hospital.All patients with hypertensive cerebral hemorrhage were followed up and evaluated for 6～12 months after surgery.Results Quantitative analysis of the effectiveness and complication in the two groups had been done.There were significant differences between the two groups in effectiveness and complications of treatment(P<0.05).Conclusion Stereotactic CT guided drain and aspiration represents for hypertensive cerebral hemorrhage is greater effectiveness,less complication,more convenience and very safe.The patients are inclined to accept it.
