隆起糜烂性胃炎与幽门螺杆菌、胃泌素关系的研究

目的　探讨隆起糜烂性胃炎 (EGP)与幽门螺杆菌 (Hp)及胃泌素 (Gas)的关系。方法　对胃镜检查确诊为EGP(EGP组 )和慢性浅表性胃炎 (CSG组 )患者各 2 0 0例进行Hp、Gas测定 ,并分析其相互关系。结果　EGP组Hp感染率较CSG组高 (P <0 .0 1) ,血清Gas浓度和增高率也较CSG组高 (P <0 .0 5或 0 .0 1)。EGP组Gas浓度与Hp感染情况有关 (P <0 .0 1)。结论　Hp是EGP的重要致病因素之一 ,EGP患者Gas浓度升高与Hp感染有一定关系。

Study on the relationship among erosive gastritis protuberance and Helicobacter pylori and gastrin

Objective To evaluate the relationship among erosive gastritis protuberance (abbreviated as EGP) and Helicobacter pylori (abbreviated as Hp) and gastrin (abbreviated as Gas).Methods The detection of Hp and Gas had been undertaken in 200 pateints with EGP (EGP group) and 200 patients with chronic superficial gastritis (CSG group) which had been proven by using a gastroscope, then the relation of them were analyzed. Results The Hp infection rate in the EGP group was higher than that in the CSG group (P<0.01), the serum Gas concentration and the increasing rate were also higher than those in the CSG group (P<0.05 or 0.01). In the EGP group, the Gas concentration is related to the Hp infection, P<0.01. Conclusion Hp is one of the major causes for illness. The elevated Gas concentration in patients with EGP could be correlated with Hp infection.
