重视小儿呼吸道异物的早期诊断

目的:提高对小儿呼吸道异物的早期诊疗水平。方法:从1999年至2007年,对32例小儿呼吸道异物的误诊误治病例进行分析。结果:误诊误治的病种有:急性喉炎、急性喉气管炎、急性支气管炎、肺炎、肺脓肿、喉及气管肿瘤等。结论:体征不典型,询问病史不仔细及有些医生对其认识不足是小儿呼吸道异物误诊误治的主要原因。

The Importance of Early Diagnosis in Children with Foreign Boby in Respiratory Tract

Objective:To improve the diagnosis and treatment levels of foreign body in children with respiratory tract.Methods:Thirty-two patients of misdiagnosis and mistherapy from 1999 to 2007 were statistically analyzed.Results:The disease entities that the foreign body in children with respiratory tract had been mistaken were acute laryngitis,acute trachitis,acute bronchitis,acute pneumonia,pulmonary abscess,asthma,larynx neoplasm and trachea neoplasm.Conclusion:Atypical symptom,carelessness in collection of history and some doctors in examining the patient were considened as one of the important causes of erroncous diagnosis and erroncous treatment.
