| 摘 要： | 目的：观察腹针结合艾灸治疗原发性痛经（PD）的临床疗效。方法：120例PD患者随机分为治疗组和对照组各60例,治疗组采用腹部取穴加艾熏治疗,对照组采用西药治疗。结果：治疗组治愈30例,有效率为93.3%;对照组治愈12例,有效率为75.0%。两组比较,有显著性差异（P〈0.01）。结论：腹针结合艾灸疗效明显优于药物组。

| Abstract: | Objective：To observe the clinical efficacy on abdominal acupuncture moxibustion treatment of primary dysmenorrhea（PD）.Methods：120 cases of PD patients were randomly divided into treatment group and control group 60 cases,the treatment group were abdominal acupoints smoked treatment,the control group treated with Western medicine.Results：The treatment group cured 30 cases,total effective rate was 93.3%;in control group,12 cases were cured,total effective rate was 75.0%.The two groups were significantly different（P〈0.01）.Conclusion：The effect of abdominal acupuncture and moxibustion is superior to drug therapy group. |
