哮喘患者血清B细胞激活因子的异常表达及其临床意义

目的探讨B细胞激活因子（BAFF）在支气管哮喘患者中异常表达的临床意义。方法用酶联免疫吸附法分别检测60例支气管哮喘患者和30例正常对照组的血清BAFF和IgE。结果支气管哮喘患者IgE测定分升高37例（356．3±103．4U／ml）和正常23例（113．4±38．6U／ml）两组,而BAFF在支气管哮喘患者中无论IgE升高还是正常,血清水平都明显升高,分别为（8．27±4．36）与（7．58±3．67）μg／L,与正常对照组比较升高有统计学意义（P〈0．05）,且与肺功能指标FEV1占预计值％间呈显著负相关（r=-0．49,P〈0．05）,而IgE与FEV1占预计值％间无相关性（r=-8．47,P〉0．05）。结论血清BAFF水平可作为一种新的指标来检测哮喘疾病。

B cell activating factor express elevated in bronchia asthma patients and its clinical significance

Objective To investigate the level of BAFF in the serum of branchia asthma patients and its clinical significance. Methods The BAFF and IgE level in the serum was measured by enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay in asthma patients （ n = 60） and health controls （n =30）. Results We elassified patients into two groups： high IgE （n =37） （356. 3 ± 103.4 U/ml） and nomal IgE （n = 23 ） （ 113.4 ± 38.6 U/ml）. The BAFF level in patients＇ with high IgE was （8.27 ± 4. 36 ） μg/L and that with normal IgE was （7.58 ± 3.67 ） μg/L, these were all elevated relative to health controls （P 〈 0. 05）. The BAFF was minus related with forced expiratory volume in one second to forced vital capaeity ratio （ FEV1/FVC） （ r = - 0. 49, P 〈 0. 05 ）, and the IgE hasn＇t relation （ r = - 8.47, P 〉 0. 05 ）. Conclusion These findings suggest that the serum BAFF level could be a new parameter to monitor the severity of asthma symptoms.
