超声在胆囊癌诊断中的应用

目的:探讨胆囊癌的二维声像图及彩色多普勒表现.方法:对1995年12月至2006年1月本院经超声检查的胆囊癌44例,常规检查日早晨空腹检查,二维超声发现胆囊癌声像图改变时,再用彩色多普勒进行检查.结果:超声检查胆囊癌44例,术后病理证实39例,诊断符合率为88.6%.结论:超声检查对胆囊癌诊断符合率较高,具有重要实用价值,可作为首选的检查方法;彩色多普勒检查有血流信号时,有助于提高胆囊癌的诊断信心,但没有有血流信号时,也不能排除胆囊癌诊断.

Application of Ultrasonic to the Diagnostic of Carcinoma of Gallbladder

Objective:To discusses type B ultrasonic and Color Doppler Energy(CDE)'s application to the diagnosis of carcinoma of gallbladder.Methods: Between November 1995 and January 2006,44 cases verified by ultrasonic examination in our hospital were examined.With routine examination,when ultra-sound scan found image of carcinoma of gallbladder change,CDE was used to examine.Results:Ultra-sound scan found 44 cases,39 of which were verified by the operation,with correction rate up to 88.6%.Conclusion:Ultra-sound examination can diagnose carcinoma of gallbladder with high correction rate,and can be taken as the first examination approach.When CDE detects bleeding signal,it can demonstrate carcinoma of gallbladder with high possibility,however,when it fails to detect the bleeding signal,carcinoma of gallbladder may still exist.
