| 摘 要： | 目的探讨舒液对大习实验性肝损伤的影响。方法观察肝舒液对硫代乙酰胺所致实验性肝损伤大鼠肝功能及胆汁分泌的影响。结果肝舒液对硫代乙酰胺引起的大鼠实验性损伤具有明显的保护作用,能明显促进大鼠胆汁的分泌。结论肝舒液具有保肝、降低血清中谷丙转氨酶的作用。

| Abstract: | Objective It is to approach the influence of Liver-easing Liquid on experimental harm of liver. Methods The effect of Liver-easing Liquid on liver function and bile secretion of experimental liver harm rat caused by thioacetamide were observed. Results Liver-easing Liquid could protect the liver function of experimental liver harm rat caused by thioacetamide, and could promote bile secretion evidently. Conclusion Liver-easing Liquid takes a role in protecting liver and reducing glutamate-pyruvate transaminase in blood serum. |
