腔内注射玻璃酸钠联合康复训练治疗早期膝骨关节炎的疗效观察

目的:观察腔内注射玻璃酸钠配合康复训练治疗老年人早期膝关节骨性关节炎的疗效,并对患者股四头肌表面肌电进行分析和评价。方法:将120例膝关节骨性关节炎患者随机分为治疗组和对照组,每组60例。治疗组采用膝关节腔内注射玻璃酸钠联合膝关节康复训练,对照组采用理疗方法,对两组患者治疗前后进行VAS疼痛评估、Lysholm膝关节功能评分和表面肌电检测。结果:两组治疗后疼痛程度均明显减轻,但两组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗组关节功能恢复优良率为83.3%,明显优于对照组(P<0.05)。两组患者治疗后股四头肌表面肌电的中位频率和平均频率改善程度有显著差异(P<0.05)。结论:腔内注射玻璃酸钠联合康复训练能有效治疗早期膝关节的骨性关节炎,并可以改善患者股四头肌抗疲劳能力。

Efficacy of Sodium Hyaluronate Injection Combined with Rehabilitation on Senile Knee Osteoarthritis

Objective:To evaluate the clinical efficacy of sodium hyaluronate plus rehabilitation in treating senile knee osteoarthritis.Methods:We allocated 120 patients with knee osteoarthritis randomly into treatment group and control group with 60 cases each for intracavitary administration of sodium hyaluronate plus rehabilitation training or only physical therapy.The therapeutic effects were evaluated using visual analogue scale(VAS),Lysholm knee score scale and surface electromyogram.Results:The pain was obviously relieved in both groups(P<0.05) and better therapeutic effects were achieved in the treatment group.After treatment,83.3%patients in treatment group acquired good knee joint function.There were statistically significant differences in the improvements of median frequency and mean power frequency on the surface electromyogram of quadriceps femoris between the treatment and control groups(P<0,01).Conclusion:` Intracavitary administration of sodium hyaluronate plus rehabilitation training have marked therapeutic effects in treating senile knee osteoarthritis and can relieve quadriceps femoris fatigue in these patients.
