| 摘 要： | 目的:探讨经尿道膀胱肿瘤电切术治疗表浅性膀胱肿瘤的临床效果.方法:回顾性分析经尿道膀胱肿瘤电切术治疗108例表浅性膀胱肿瘤患者的临床资料.结果:所有患者均一次手术成功,手术平均时间19min,术后无严重并发症.101例患者经1～3年随访后有16例复发,复发率15.84%(16/101),所有患者无一例死亡.结论:经尿道膀胱肿瘤电切术具有组织损伤小,操作简单,并发症少,可反复进行的优点,是治疗表浅性膀胱肿瘤的有效治疗方法.
