对社区脑卒中人群实施双轨道互动干预的研究

目的探讨双轨道互动干预模式对脑卒中康复期患者生活质量的影响。方法将菠萝岭社区卫生服务中心所管辖的56例脑卒中康复期患者随机分为两组,每组28例。对照组为传统家庭照顾,不施加干预;观察组应用双轨道互动模式干预。3个月、6个月后采用改良Barthel指数(MBI)量表评定观察两组患者日常生活活动能力(ADL),采用自制脑卒中知识调查问卷评定对脑卒中相关知识的知晓率、遵医行为、控制血压、饮食护理等。结果观察组和对照组3个月和6个月时进行Barthel指数、对脑卒中相关知识的知晓率、遵医行为、控制血压、饮食护理等评定差异有显著意义(P<0.05,P<0.01)。结论双轨道互动干预模式应用于脑卒中康复期患者,可及时预防和干预脑卒中可改变的危险因素,降低致残率和复发率,减少后遗症,并对提高患者生存质量、减少家庭和社会负担具有积极作用。

Study of double track interaction intervention for stroke patients among community population

Objective To study the effect on of double track interaction intervention model for stroke rehabilitation period patient＇s quality of life. Method 56 recovery stage stroke patients in Pineapple hill community health serv ice center were randomly divided into 2 groups, 28 eases in each group, patients in control group was given tradi- tional family care only. patients in observation group was given double track interaction model of intervention. The activities of daily living （ ADL ） for the two groups was observed by modified Barthel index （ MBI ） scale score af- ter 3 and 6 months of intervention. The rate of knowledge , compliance, blood pressure control, diet nursing was evaluated by the stroke knowledge questionnaire. Result There was significant difference between for Barthel index, the rate of stroke knowledge, compliance, blood pressure control, diet nursing between rehabilitation group and the control group in 3 months and 6 months （P〈0.05,P〈0.01）. Conclusion Double track interaction model is valuable to the intervention of stroke patients in recovery stage, and can be timely prevention and intervention of stroke modi- fiable risk factors, reduce the mortality and recurrence rate, reduce the sequelae. And to improve the quality of life of patients, reduce the burden of family and society, plays a positive role.
