摘    要:目的探讨应用临床护理路径,对非内分泌专科合并糖尿病住院患者开展健康教育的作用与效果。方法选取98例非内分泌专科合并糖尿病的住院患者,按内外科系统分为两组,对照组48例,采用传统教育;实验组50例,应用临床护理路径教育。对两组糖尿病患者的知识掌握程度、遵医行为等进行比较。分析在非内分泌专科开展糖尿病教育与应用临床护理路径教育对糖尿病患者的干预效果。结果通过不同的健康干预措施,实验组与对照组患者的知识掌握程度、遵医行为等差异有显著意义(P〈0.05);应用临床护理路径教育效果明显优于传统健康教育方法(P〈0.05)。结论护士应用临床护理路径行健康干预,提高了非专科住院糖尿病患者的知识掌握程度和遵医行为,同时能融洽医患关系,促进医疗团队的合作。

Analysis on the effects of health intervention through clinical nursing path non-specialist inpatient diabetes

Abstract:Objective To study the effects of clinical nursing path on the health education of hospitalized diabetic patients in the non-diabetic specialized department. Method 98 diabetic patients who were admitted in non-diabetic department, 48 patients, received the traditional education is in the control group and 50 patients received clinical nursing path is in the experimental group. After comparing the patients' knowledge level on diabetes and their com- pliance between the two groups, the intervention effects of starting the education about diabetes and using clinical nursing path education. Result After different health interventions, there were significant differences between groups with respect to the knowledge level about diabetes and the compliance of hospitalized patients. (P〈0.05). The effect of using clinical nursing path was much better than the traditional one. (P〈0.05). Conclusion The health in- tervention of nurses using clinical nursing path was significantly improved, so were the knowledge level of hospital- ized diabetic patients in non-diabetic department and their compliance, patients' satisfaction and relations between physician and patient were improved as well.
