代谢综合征患者45例临床分析

目的初步探讨代谢综合征(MS)男女性患者的临床特点。方法对45例已确诊MS患者的腹围、体重指数、血压、血糖、血脂水平进行分析。结果男女性患者的腰围、BMI差异无显著性(P>0.05),而女性血压高于男性,甘油三酯(TG)、血清总胆固醇(TC)、空腹血糖(FPG)水平也明显高于男性(P<0.01或P<0.05)。结论女性MS患者的血压、糖脂代谢均较男性患者更为紊乱。

Clinical characteristics of metabolic syndrome:a report of 45 cases

Objective To Preliminary discussion of the clinical characteristics of males and females with metabolic syndrome(MS). Methods Statistical analysis of the abdominal circumference,body mass index,blood pressure,blood glucose and lipid levels in 45 patients who have been diagnosed as MS. Results The abdominal circumference and BMI in males did not differ from those in females,there was no statistical difference(P>0.05).The levels of blood pressure,triglyceride(TG),serum total cholesterol(TC),fasting plasma glucose(FPG) in females were significantly higher,compared to those in males,there were statistical differences(P<0.01 or P<0.05). Conclusion The disorders of blood pressure,glucose and lipid metabolism in females with MS were more serious than those of males.
