超脉冲点阵CO2激光联合再生医疗技术治疗亚洲人面部光老化：5年随访观察

目的探讨超脉冲点阵CO2激光单次治疗面部光老化皮肤的效果、副作用、恢复期以及维持时间。方法对56位面部光老化皮肤患者进行全面部超脉冲点阵CO2激光联合外用湿润烧伤膏（MEBO）治疗1次，按Dover’s面部光老化皮肤5级分类方法分别对患者治疗前、治疗后1个月、治疗后1年、治疗后5年的皮肤进行评分，采用Wilcoxon’s统计法对治疗效果进行统计分析。结果30位患者完成随访研究，没有长期或其他严重并发症发生。治疗后1个月、治疗后1年、治疗后5年面部光老化皮肤评分较治疗前均有显著改变（P〈0．01），差异有统计学意义：治疗后3组间面部光老化皮肤评分的差异无统计学意义。结论超脉冲点阵CO2激光联合再生医疗技术治疗亚洲人面部光老化效果良好，且这个过程可维持5年时间。

Ultrapulse CO2 Fractional Laser in Combination with Regenerative Medical Technology in the Treatment of Facial Photoaging of Asian People: Five-year Follow-up Study

Objective To explore the effect, side-effect, time for restoration and duration of effect of single treat- ment of facial photoaging skin with Ultrapulse CO2 fractional laser. Methods Fifty-six patients with photoaging facial skin were treated with Ultrapulse CO2 fractional laser in combination with MEBO for one time treatment. Dover＇ s five-grade sco- ring method for photoaging facial skin was used to score the skin before the treatment, one month, one year and five years after the treatment. Wilcoxon＇ s statistic method was adopted to analyze the therapeutic effects. Results Of the 56 pa- tients, 30 patients completed the follow-up. No one developed long-term or serious complications. The scores graded one month, one year and five years after the treatment were all improved significantly compared with the scores graded before the treatment, of which the differences had statistic significance. But there was no significant statistic difference among the scores of the three groups after the treatment. Conclusion Uhrapulse CO2 fractional laser in combination with Regenerative Medical Technology in the treatment of facial skin photoaging of Asian people can realize excellent therapeutic effects and the effects can last for five years.
