摘    要:目的:探讨乙型肝炎患者血清HBV-DNA含量与乙肝标志物和肝损害程度的关系,方法:采用信号引物能量转移定量聚合酶链反应(PCR),检测193例各型乙肝患者血清HBV-DNA含量。结果:在慢性乙肝患者中,随着临床肝损害程度加重,血清HBV-DNA含量逐渐下降,血清HBeAg阳性组HBV-DNA含量明显高于抗-HBe及抗-HBc阳性组,而后两组中部分病例HBV-DNA水平仍很高,血清HBV-DNA含量

Abstract:Objective:To investigate the relationship between the amount of HBV-DNA in serum of patients with HBV infection and the marker of hepatitis B virus and the degree of liver damage. Method: Serum HBV-DNA was quantitatively detected by amplisensor assay from 193 patients infected with HBV. Results: With the aggravating damage of liver in the chronic hepatitis B patients, the serum HBV-DNA concentrations were decreased gradually. It was indicated that serum HBV-DNA concentration in patients with HBeAg positive was significantly higher than that in the patients with anti-HBe and anti-HBc positive. The serum HBV-DNA concentration was also higher in some of the cases in the last two groups. It was showed that serum HBeAg was a better index for reflecting the duplication level of hepatitis virus virus on the gene quantitative levels. The serum concentratioll of HBV-DNA was positively related to the amount of HBeAg(P/N), but there was no evident relationship between HBV concentration and ALT,AST levels. Conclusion: The HBV-DNA concentration had instructive effect in understanding the relationship between the duplication level of hepatitis virus and the clinical status.
