摘    要:目的:通过体外杀伤实验,比较LAK,A-LAK,CD3AK细胞对人小细胞肺癌细胞株LEPT-sml的杀伤活性。方法:利用脐带血制备LAK,A-LAK,CD33AK细胞,观察其增殖、细胞表面IL-2R表达、细胞表型改变及对LEPT-sml细胞的细胞毒作用。结果:A-LAK,CD3AK比LAK细胞具有更强的增殖能力的抗瘤活性。结论:A-LAK,CD3AK具有增殖能力和肿瘤杀伤能力强的优点,临床应用潜力

Abstract:To study the killer activity of LAK, A-LAK, and CD_3 AK on scle cell line LEPT-sml in vitro. Methods: Lymphocytes derived from cord blood were prepared for LAK,A-LAK and CD_3 AK. Their activity of proliferation, expression of IL-2R in the cell surface and varieties of the T subset were observed. The effects of cytotoxicity on sclc cell line LEPT-sml were determined. Results: There was stronger proliferation and antitumor activity with A-LAK and CD_3 AK than LAK cells. conclusion: A-LAK and CD_3 AK cells had advantages of stronger proliferation and antitumor activity. There was more potential for clinical application.
