糖尿病患者血浆游离氨基酸的改变

摘    要:目的:探讨糖尿病患者氨基酸代谢的征性改变,及其与病情控制程度的关系。方法检测45例糖病患者和50例正常人血浆游离氨基酸的浓度。将患者按病情控制程度分组与正常对照组比较。结果:糖尿病控制不良组,支链氨基酸及成酮氨基酸均明显高于正常对照组和控制良好组(P〈0.01)。探讨良好组与正常对照组比较,支链氨基酸及成酮氨基酸均无显著性差异(P〉0.05)。控制良好组和控制不良组,成糖氨基酸均低于正常对照组(P

Abstract:Aim: To elucidate the characteristic changes of amino-acid metabolism in diabetic patients, which may be related to the effect of therapy. Methods: The plasma concentration of free amino-acids was detected on 50 normal persons and 45 diabetic patients, which were grouped by the effect of therapy. Results: The results revealed that the plasma branched-chain amino- acids (BCAA) and Ketogenic amino-acids (KAA) of the badly-controlled group were significantly higher than those of normal persons (P< 0. 01) .There was no difference of the plasma branched-chain amino-acid concentration between the better-controlled group and the normal persons (P>0. 05). The plasma glycogenic amino-acids (GAA) of both the badly- controlled and the better-controlled group were lower than the normal persons (p<0 .01 and P< 0. 05). Conclusion:The characteristic changes of plasma free amino-acid concentration in diabetic patients were correlated with the effect of therapy. The elevation of the plasma BCAA and KAA may be regarded as an index of the.abnormal protein metabolism, which is related to insulin insufficiency.
