重症肌无力症脑干听觉诱发电位的研究

摘    要:目的:探讨重症肌无力(MG)患者及脑干听觉电生理系统是否存在损害。方法:利用丹迪MK2型肌电图、诱发电位仪,对30例MG患者的脑干听觉诱发电位(BAEP)进行检测,并与正常对照组比较。结果:患者组I-V峰间潜伏期(IPL)和I-VIPL两侧耳差值与对照组比较有明显差别,治疗后较前I-VIPL延长和I-VIPL两侧耳差值增大有明显好转。结论:BAEP检查有助于判断MG患者脑干听觉电生理有无受累并有助

Abstract:Objective: In order to find out whether the lesions affected brain stem auditory pathways in Patients with myasthenia gravis(MS). Method: Brain stem auditory evoked potentials(BAEP) in 30 Patients were tested by Daantec MK_2 EMG evoked potentials instrument and compared with 30 healthy healthy Results: There were significant differences in I-VIPL and two ears different value of I-V IPL between the Patient and control groups. The Prolongal I-V IPL and increased two ears different value of I-V IPL in the Patients after treatment were aligns of evident recovery. Conclusion :BAEP examina- tion is conducive to judging brain stem auditory pathways system involvement of MG and obServing curative effects.
