| 摘 要： | 目的研究三种鼠在Morris水迷宫中空间学习与记忆能力的种间差异。方法选成年SD大鼠、C57/BL小鼠和昆明种小鼠,以相同实验条件进行5d的Morris水迷宫学习与记忆测试,包括前4d的隐藏平台获得实验和第5天的空间搜索实验。结果 三组动物寻找隐藏平台的逃避潜伏期均迅速下降,第2天C57/BL小鼠和SD大鼠的逃避潜伏期(25.19±4.09)s和(27.87±5.09)s明显低于昆明种小鼠(42.76±4.70)s,第3天C57/BL小鼠(16.62±3.46)s仍显著低于与昆明种小鼠(34.69±3.07)s。目标象限游泳时间C57/BL小鼠(26.94±6.53)s明显长于SD大鼠和昆明种小鼠(19.98±5.27)s和(17.53±7.29)s;游泳路径的区域百分比分布显示,C57/BL和昆明种小鼠在中心区最多,而SD大鼠在20％边缘区最多。结论 三种大小鼠采取不同的空间搜索策略;C57/BL小鼠是一稳定的、适于水迷宫实验的良好鼠种。

| Abstract: | Objective To study species differences of Muridae in spatial learning and memory in the Morris water maze. Methods Spague Dawley rats, C57/BL mice and Kunming mice were tested in hidden-platform acquisition training and probe trial testing in Morris water maze in which spatial learning and retention were assessed. Results Rats and mice appeared to use different strategies for locating the hidden escape platform. The escape latency of C57/BL mice was shorter than Spague Dawley rats and Kunming mice. C57/BL mice spent more time (26. 94 s) in the training quadrant. It was longer than other two murine species. Conclusion The species differences exists among three Muridae in the Morris water maze. C57/BL mice has best performance and is most suitable for Morris water maze. |
