| 摘 要： | 作者对收治的105例尾骨痛进行分析,结果表明:(1)尾骨疼痛者女性(84/105—80%)比男性(21/105—20%)多.(2)与无尾骨痛者相比较,特发性尾骨痛者外偏角变大,骶尾间角和第1、2尾椎间角变小;而外伤性尾骨痛者外偏角不变,其它两角也变小.(3)保守治疗87例,治愈率92.94%,好转率7.06%;手术治疗18例,治愈率100%.总有效率100%.

| Abstract: | One hundred and five cases of coccyalgia were analysed. Female was 84 cases (80% )and male was 21 cas-es(20%). The results showed that female with coccyalgia was much more than male. Comparing the normal individual angle of coccygeal external deviation to those who had coccyalgia become larger ,sarococcygeal angle and angle of 1th and 2th coccygeal vertebra become small. To man with traumatic coccygalgia,their coccygeal angle of ex-tenal devation had no varation and the others become small. 87 cases were treated conservatively and 18 cases were treated by coccygectomy. All patients were cured. |
