| 摘 要： | 静脉血栓栓塞症（venous thromboembolism, VTE）是妇产科围手术期严重的并发症，是导致围手术期患者死亡的重要原因之一。围手术期对患者进行VTE发生危险评估、分级，并根据科学评估后的危险分级采取正确的预防措施，包括物理治疗及药物预防，对于降低VTE的发生风险具有重要的意义。

| Abstract: | Abstract: Venous thromboembolism (VTE) is a severe perioperative complication in gynecological surgery, and is a significant cause of mortality in hospitalized patients. Scientific clinical evaluation for risk factors, risk stratification, and optimal use of prophylactic resource，both mechanical and pharmacological，can prevent the development of VTE. |
