盐酸贝尼地平治疗稳定型心绞痛的疗效观察

目的观察盐酸贝尼地平治疗稳定型心绞痛(AP)的临床疗效和安全性。方法46例AP患者随机分为2组:治疗组21例,应用一般治疗 盐酸贝尼地平(4 mg 2/d);对照组25例,应用一般治疗 硝苯地平(10 mg 2/d)。观察两组治疗前后临床疗效,心电图及动态心电图变化,患者的药物耐受性,不良反应。结果治疗后盐酸贝尼地平组总疗效率86.5%,对照组总有效率48.0%,心电图改善率分别为90.5%和50.2%,动态心电图缺血发作次数、总缺血时间均有显著减少(P<0.05),且患者耐受性良好,无不良反应。结论盐酸贝尼地平不仅是有效的降压药物,而且是一种安全有效的抗心绞痛药物。

Curative effect of benidipine hydrochloride on patients with stable angina pectoris

Objective To evaluate the effect and safety of benidipine hydrochloride in patients with stable angina pectoris(AP).Methods forty-six patients with AP were randomly divided into two groups: Routine treatment group and routine plus benidipine hydrochloride group with 4mg twice a day.The results were compared.The curative effect and the changes of ECG,Holter,the tolerance and side effect to benidip- ine hydrochloride were compared before and after the treatment.Results After the treatment,the rate of curative effect of benidipine hydrochloride treatment group was 86.5% while that of routine group ewas 48. 0%.The improvement rate of ECG of two group s was 90.5% and 50.2% ,respectively.Holter showed that the times of ischemia and the total time of ischemia of the bcnidipine hydrochloride group decreased signifi- cantly(P<0.05).The patients had good tolerance to benidipine hydrochloride and no obvious side effects were found.Conclusions On the basis of regular treatment,combined treatment of benidipine hydrochlo- ride can more effectively control AP.
