99Tcm-HL91SPECT显像评价恶性脑转移瘤放疗疗效

摘    要:[目的]对^99Tc^m-HL91 SPECT价脑转移瘤放疗疗效的价值进行初步探讨。[方法]对19例接受放射治疗的脑转移瘤患者,研究放疗前、放疗后KPS评分、肿瘤区与对侧正常脑组织区放射性计数比值(T/N)、^99Tc^m-HL91 SPECT和MRI显示肿瘤大小等指标的变化。[结果]在放疗前、放疗后,KPS评分、T/N、SPECT显示肿瘤大小等指标均存在显著差异(P〈0.05),而MRI显示肿瘤大小无显著差异(P〉0.05);以^99Tc^m-HL91 SPECT、MRI测定肿瘤大小、T/N值等3种方法诊断的影像缓解率与临床症状缓解的符合率分别为100%、16.7%、94.4%。[结论]^99Tc^m-HL91 SPECT是评价脑转移瘤放疗疗效的有价值方法。

Abstract:[Purpose] To study 99Tcm-HL91 SPECT for assessment of radiotherapy effect in patients with brain metastasis. [Methods] KPS scale, tumor size on 99Tcm-HL91 SPECT, tumor size on MRI, and radioactivity ratio of tumor region to opposite normal brain tissue region(T/N) in 19 patients with brain metastasis were investigated before and after radiotherapy. [Result] KPS scale, tumor size on 99Tcm-HL91 SPECT and ratio of T/N were significantly different before and after radiotherapy (P<0.05), but the tumor size on MRI imaging was not different before and after radiotherapy (P>0.05). The rates of imaging remission diagnosed with tumor sizes on 99Tcm-HL91 SPECT, MRI and T/N were coincident with clinical symptoms improvement in 100%, 16.7%, 94.4% repectively. [Conclusion] 99Tcm-HL91 SPECT is valuable for assessment of radiotherapy effect in patients with brain metastasis .
