临床护理路径在产科全程护理中的应用研究

摘    要:目的在产科中运用临床护理路径理论,探索适宜围产期服务的方式。方法以200例顺产和剖腹产产妇为研究对象(病理产科除外),对照组:按产科常规护理;实验组:按照预先制定的产科护理路径表进行实施,护长对每个产妇进行提问及评价护理路径的实施情况,出院前进行新生儿护理操作实习及理论知识考核,并采用匿名自填调查表方法对产妇进行满意度调查、统计母乳喂养成功人数、产妇泌乳情况、产后尿潴留、乳房肿胀硬结人数,结题时进行统计学分析。结果两组产妇在理论考核、新生儿护理操作技能、母乳喂养成功率和对护理服务满意度等方面都有显著性差异,p<0.01,有统计学意义;实验组产妇产后尿潴留和发生奶胀现象明显减少、泌乳早。结论临床护理路径活动的程序化和标准化,能使护理由被动变为主动,使患者获得最佳的护理服务。

Abstract:Objective To explore the suitability mode of perinatal service in obstetrical whole-course nursing by using the theory of clinical nursing path. Method 200 parturients of normal labor and cesarean sections were divided randomly into the experiment group (n=100) and control group (n=100). The parturients received obstetrical routine nursing in the control group; then the parturients in the experiment group received nursing according to clinical nursing path. The satisfaction degree, number of breastfeeding, condition of lactation, postpartum retention of urine and number of mammary gland swelling were compared and analyzed statistically. Result The significant difference of parturients in theoretic examination, neonatal nursing skill, breastfeeding and satisfaction degree was observed between the two groups (p<0.05); the postpartum retention of urine and mammary gland swelling was significant lower in the experiment group. Conclusion The programming and standardization of clinical nursing path can change the passive into the initiative; make the patients gain the optimal nursing service.
