| 摘 要： | 目的评价电话访问的可信度.方法对1114例重庆市主城区居民进行关于腹泻病的电话访问,并从中随机抽取85例进行了第二次电话访问.结果两次访问的结果平均一致率为76.12%,kappa=0.6805,Spearman相关系数值为0.7223,一致性较高.但对收入的回答一致性较差,kappa=0.2092.结论提示电话访问的可信度较高,但对敏感问题的信息收集值得进一步研究.

| Abstract: | Objective To evaluate the reliability of telephone survey.Methods A population-based telephone survey about diarrhea of 1 114 inhabitants in 8 Ch o ngqing urban areas was conducted and 85 of respondents in the first interview we re random sampled to assign a second interview for recontacting. Results Between the two interviews,the average consistent rate was 76.12%,kappa = 0.6805 ,Spea rman's rank correlation coefficient was 0.7223 which showed that there was excel lent agreement between the first and second interviews.But the agreement for in coming was bad,kappa=0.2092. Conclusion Results suggested that reliability of telephone survey is good,but it is worthy to do more research about collect sen sitive information. |
