CA125和B超对卵巢子宫内膜异位囊肿的诊断价值

目的探讨血清癌抗原125(CA125)测定及B型超声诊断卵巢子宫内膜异位囊肿的价值。方法通过对176例附件包块疑为卵巢子宫内膜异位囊肿的患者,进行术前血清CA125测定和B超检查,术后切下组织送病理学检查确诊并与之对照。结果卵巢子宫内膜异位囊肿组术前血清CA125检测敏感度为70.48%,特异度84.51%;B超诊断敏感度为94.29%,特异度76.06%;两者联合诊断敏感度为67.62%,特异度87.32%。结论血清CA125测定及B型超声检查对于卵巢子宫内膜异位囊肿有辅助诊断价值,两者结合应用,能提高诊断的准确性。

Clinical Evaluation of Serum CA125 and Ultrasonography in Diagnosis of Ovarian Endometrioma

Objective:To investigate the diagnostic value of serum CA125 and ultrasonography in ovarian endometrioma.Methods:176 cases were analysed which were pherhaps ovarian endometrioma.All cases were detected the serum CA125 and carried out the ultrasonography of type B before operation,and then compared with the postoperative pathological examination which could make accurate diagnosis.Results:The sensitivity and specificity of serum CA125 for diagnosis of ovarian endometrioma were 70.48% and 84.51%;The sensitivity and specificity of ultrasonography of type B were 94.29% and 76.06%.If combining these two methods as diagnostic criteria,the sensitivity and specificity were 67.62% and 87.32%.Conclusions: Ultrasonography and the determination of serum CA125 is all valuable for the diagnosis of ovarian endometrioma.The diagnostic accuracy may be enhanced after combining them.
