| 摘 要： | 目的 探讨一种操作简便、创伤小的治疗直肠脱垂的术式。方法 采用直肠骶骨岬固定,直肠下端盆底腹膜成角固定治疗直肠脱垂54例。结果 本术式创伤小,并发症少,经长期观察均无复发。结论 直肠骶骨岬固定,直肠下端盆底腹膜成角固定是治疗直肠脱垂的一种理想术式。

| Abstract: | Objective To study a kind of operation which could treat rectal prolapse easily and had little or no trauma. Methods Have adopel 54 case of fixing the sacrum to treat ractal prolapse. Results The method was easy to operate which had few complications and had little or no trauma. After a long time trace for the cases no relapse was found. Conclusion It was an ideal way to treat rectal prolapse. |
