| 摘 要： | 目的:观察双黄连粉针剂静脉点滴对小儿疱疹性咽峡炎的临床效果。方法:将95例疱疹性咽峡炎患儿随机分成两组,治疗组 48例子双黄连粉针静滴,对照组47例予利巴韦林等静滴,观察疗效。结果:治疗组退热时间及临床症状体征消失时间均短于对照 组,P<0.05。结论:双黄连粉针静点对治疗小儿疱疹性咽峡炎有显著疗效,可作为首选。

| Abstract: | Objective: Observation of the clinical effection of Shuanghuanglian powder on heipangina of children. Methods: 95 cases suffering from herpangina were randomly selected and divided into groups to observe the effection. 48 cases in the treatment group were treated in Shuanghuanglian powder intravenous drip, while 47 cases in control group with ribavirin intravenous drip. Results: Duration of fever and the time of the clinical symptoms and signs of the treatment group are shorter than that of the control group. In the statistics, the difference significant ( P < 0. 05). Conclusion: The results suggested that the therapy of herpangina with intravenous drip of Shuanghuaglian powder is an effective and safe treatment. It is one of the most effective treament. |
