| 摘 要： | 目的观察阿托伐他汀对急性脑梗死患者血脂和预后的影响。方法采用随机、对照的方法进行研究,将116例急性脑梗死患者分为2组,治疗组(60例)在常规内科治疗基础上加用阿托伐他汀10 mg/d。结果临床神经功能缺损程度评分在治疗后第2周相比对照组无显著性差异,3个月时Barthel指数及1 a时卒中复发率与对照组比较有显著性差异。结论阿托伐他汀能有效降脂并改善急性脑梗死患者的预后。

| Abstract: | Objective It is to observe the influence of atorvastatin on the blood lipid and prognosis in the patients with acute cerebral infarction.Methods 116 patients with acute cerebral infarction were randomly divided into two groups.The treatment group(60 cases) was treated with Atorvastatin 10 mg/d on the base of routine treatment.Results There were no significant differences on clinical neurologic impairment score at the second week after treatment between the two groups.There were significant differences on Barthel index at three months and on the recurring rate of stroke at 1 a between the two groups.Conclusion Atorvastatin can effectually lower blood fat and improve the prognosis of the patients with acute cerebral infarction. |
