| 摘 要： | 目的总结儿童手足口病的诊断及治疗经验。方法回顾分析2008年5月本科住院的106例手足口病患儿的临床资料。结果所有患儿均有典型临床表现,84例(79.245%)小于3岁,78例(73.585%)伴发热,75例(70.755%)伴心肌损伤,所有患儿经抗病毒及对症治疗未出现严重并发症。结论手足口病为儿童常见的流行性病毒感染性疾病,临床表现典型,易引起心肌损伤,预后良好。临床医生应掌握本病的临床特征,及时正确诊断,给予必要检查,有效抗病毒及对症治疗,可预防严重并发症的发生。在儿童集中的场所要注意餐具及环境卫生,及时隔离患儿,防止疾病的流行传播。
