高血压脑出血破入脑室行侧脑室引流的护理

目的探讨高血压脑出血破入脑室的患者行侧脑室引流的护理方法。方法对30例高血压脑出血破入脑室患者行侧脑室外引流术,术后加强护理,观察患者恢复情况。结果生活能力恢复正常8例,自理11例,需帮助5例,死亡6例。结论高血压脑出血破入脑室的患者行侧脑室引流术后加强护理可减少并发症,降低死亡率,提高患者生存质量。

Nursing care of lateral cerebral ventricular drainage for hypertensivc intracerebral hemorrhagc rupturing into the cerebral ventricles

Objective To study the nursing measures of lateral cerebral ventricular drainage for hypertensivc intracerebral hemorrhagc(HICH) rupturing into the cerebral ventricle rupturing into the cerebral ventricles.Methods Thirty patients with HICH were performed with lateral cerebral ventricular drainage,and were given intensive nursing after operation.The the recovery of patients were observed.Results Eight cases reverted to normal level,eleven cases could live by themselves,five cases needed help,and six cases died.Conclusion Appropriate nursing of lateral cerebral ventricular drainage for HICH rupturing into the cerebral ventricle can reduce complications,lower the mortality,and improve quality of life of the patients.
