| 摘 要： | 头孢地尼的合成用2－（2－氨基噻唑－4－基）－2－（Z）－（乙酰氧亚氨基）乙酰N－羟基丁二酰亚胺酯于7－氨基－3－头孢烯－4－羟酸二苯甲酯盐酸进行缩合，优化反应条件后，总收率为80％。

| Abstract: | Cefdinir was synthesized via the condensation of 2-(2-aminothiazol-4-yl)-2 -(Z)-(acetyinmino)acetic acid N-hydroxysuccinimide ester)and 7-amino-3-3-vinyl-3- ce phem-4-carboxylic acid under the optimizatum reation conditions 85% total yield was a chieved. |
