E-选择素在上皮性卵巢癌患者中的表达及其临床意义

目的探讨E-选择素的表达对上皮性卵巢癌的诊断价值。方法 采用免疫组织化学方法检测62例卵巢癌患者（恶性组）和30例卵巢囊肿患者（良性组）中E-选择素蛋白表达水平,结合临床相关因素进行统计学分析。结果卵巢癌组中E-选择素表达阳性53例（85.5%）,有淋巴转移患者的E-选择素阳性率高于无淋巴转移患者（P〈0.05）;随肿瘤分化程度的降低,E-选择素的表达阳性率逐渐增加。卵巢囊肿组中E-选择素的表达阳性12例（40.0%）。卵巢癌组织E-选择素蛋白表达水平明显高于卵巢囊肿和癌周正常上皮,差异有统计学意义（P〈0.05）。结论利用免疫组化检测E-选择素的表达有助于综合判断卵巢癌的恶性程度和转移潜能。可能成为辅助诊断和判断预后的一个有价值的新指标。

Expression of E-selectin in epithelial ovarian carcinoma and its clinical,significance

Objective To study the value of the expressions of E-selectin in diagnosis of epithelial ovarian carcinoma.Methods E-selectin protein levels in 62 cases of ovarian cancer(malignant group) and 30 patients with ovarian cysts(benign group) were determined by immunohistochemical method.Statistics analysis was performed with the clinical correlation factors.Results 53 cases in malignant group were E-selectin Protein positive(85.5%),The positive ratio of E-selectin Protein was obviously higher in lymphatic metastasis group than that in the lymphatic metastasis group(P <0.05).The positive ratio of the E-selectin expression increased gradually with tumor differentiated degree degrading.In patients with ovarian cyst,8 cases were E-selectin Protein positive(40.0%).The expression of E-selectin Protein was obviously higher in malignant group than that in benign group(P <0.05).Conclusions Expression of E-selectin protein may relates to the malignancy degree and metastasis potentiality of ovarian carcinoma.E-selectin is hoped to be a new index to judge the prognosis of ovarian cancer.
