| 摘 要： | 目的:分析近10年宫颈癌及癌前病变的检出状况,评价早期宫颈癌及癌前病变的检出进展。方法:回顾性分析1999年10月～2009年10月确诊的宫颈癌及癌前病变的资料,并比较前5年与后5年确诊的宫颈癌及癌前病变的检出状况。结果:近10年宫颈癌及癌前病变检出中,前5年检出的宫颈上皮内瘤变占32.58%(86/264),宫颈原位癌占14.04%(25/178),宫颈癌I期占39.89%(71/178);后5年检出的宫颈上皮内瘤变占47.38%(235/496),宫颈原位癌占31.03%(81/261),宫颈癌Ⅰ期占44.44%(116/261),维吾尔族和汉族宫颈癌高发年龄均为30～59岁。结论:后5年比前5年早期宫颈癌及癌前病变的检出百分比明显提高。近10年里宫颈癌的高发年龄段变化不大。
