| 摘 要： | 目的:比较腹腔镜下与传统开腹筋膜内子宫切除术(TIH)的近期临床疗效,探讨腹腔镜下筋膜内子宫切除术(CISH)的临床效果。方法:选择CISH患者80例及同期TIH患者80例,比较两组患者入院治疗时术中和术后临床情况,同时随访并比较两组患者术后3个月临床情况。结果:CISH组患者手术时间、术中出血量均少于TIH组(P<0.05);CISH组患者术后排气时间、体温恢复时间及住院天数均短于TIH组(P<0.05);CISH组术后3个月的恢复情况均好于TIH组(P<0.05)。结论:临床治疗子宫良性病变需切除子宫时,在条件允许时应首选CISH,可提高临床疗效,促进患者恢复。
