| 摘 要： | 目的:探讨子宫动脉栓塞术在治疗子宫瘢痕部位妊娠中的作用。方法:将该院1999年5月～2009年5月收治的剖宫产瘢痕部位妊娠采用子宫动脉灌注化疗加栓塞术的7例患者的临床资料进行分析。结果:双侧子宫动脉化疗灌注加栓塞术能快速止血,术后血β-HCG下降满意,结局良好,无1例发生大流血或切除子宫。结论:子宫动脉灌注化疗加栓塞术是保守治疗子宫瘢痕部位妊娠的一种安全有效的方法。

| Abstract: | Objective:To explore the function of uterine arterial embolization in treatment of cesarean scar pregnancy. Methods:The clinical data of 7 patients with cesarean scar pregnancy who were treated with uterine arterial infusion chemotherapy and embolization in the hospital from May 1999 to May 2009 were analyzed. Results:Bilateral uterine arterial infusion chemotherapy and embolization could stop bleeding quickly,after treatment,the decrease of blood β-hCG was satisfactory,the outcome was good,no massive bleeding or hysterectomy occurred. Conclusion:Uterine arterial infusion chemotherapy and embolization is a safe and effective method to treat cesarean scar pregnancy conservatively. |
