| 摘 要： | 目的:探讨冻融胚胎移植周期决定移植日与移植当日,子宫内膜的厚度变化及形态转化与妊娠结局的关系,评价阴道超声下子宫内膜形态变化与否能否用于预测临床妊娠。方法:回顾性分析2009年10～12月生殖医学中心冻融胚胎移植共482周期,除常规分析外,记录并比较决定移植日及移植当日内膜厚度、形态。结果:482个周期中比较决定移植日及移植当日子宫内膜,人工周期组内膜转化率高于其他两组,形态转化充分组妊娠率较高(P<0.05);移植当日为C型内膜者妊娠率稍高,但差异无统计学意义。结论:内膜转化充分组临床妊娠率高于转化不明显组,提示充分转化内膜更有利于胚胎着床,移植日内膜情况更接近胚胎着床时状态,并认为增加移植日的超声监测有一定临床意义。
