丹莪妇康煎膏治疗子宫内膜异位症多中心对照临床研究

目的观察丹莪妇康煎膏治疗子宫内膜异位症的疗效及安全性。方法 143例患者分为治疗组（87例）和对照组（56例）,分别给予丹莪妇康煎膏和孕三烯酮,均连续应用3个月经周期。对患者进行随访,观察两组的疗效、症状改善、血清CA125及安全性。观察时间点为用药前、用药4周、用药8周和用药12周。结果丹莪治疗子宫内膜异位症的总有效率为97.7%,与孕三烯酮组比较,差异无统计学意义（P〉0.05）;对患者的临床症状进行积分,丹莪用药第4周、第8周、第12周,均与用药前相比,差异有统计学意义（P〈0.05）,尤其以痛经、慢性盆腔痛改变较为明显。副作用降低。结论丹莪妇康煎膏治疗子宫内膜异位症临床疗效显著,能显著改善患者的症状,并且安全性好。

A control study on clinical effects and safety of Dan'e Fonkang jiangao

Objective To explore the clinical effects of Dan＇e Funkang jiangao and its safety on endometrisis.Methods 143 cases of endometriosis were recruited.They were divided into treatment group（87cases） and control group（56 cases） and treated with Dan＇e Funkang jiangao and gestrinone respectively for 3 months.The effectives,serum CA125level and side-effects were observed and recorded before treatment and 4,8 and 12 weeks after treatment.Results There was no significant difference in overall effective rate between treatment group（97.7%） and control group（100%）（P0.05）.Compared with before treatment,the symptom score reduced significantly after treatment 4,8 and 12 weeks（P0.05）,especially in dysmenorrhea and Chronic pelvic pain.The side-effects of treatment group were declined.Conclusions Dan＇e Funkangjiangao can singnificant improve the clinical symptoms of endometriosis with no obvious side-effect.
