| 摘 要： | 目的:了解包头市孕妇尿碘水平、碘营养知识掌握程度及碘盐使用现状,为孕妇碘营养干预提供科学依据。方法:采用随机分层按比例抽样的方法,选取包头市城市和农村共467名孕妇进行尿碘测定和问卷调查。结果:孕妇低碘率为32.1%,高碘率为15.2%,未发现超过人体耐受的高碘者。孕早、中、晚期孕妇的缺碘率、高碘率比较差异无统计学意义。孕妇碘营养知识掌握程度及碘盐使用的正确率均较低。结论:为提高出生人口素质,建议有关部门对孕产妇开展碘盐水平监测及碘营养知识的健康教育,注重防控高碘和低碘的发生。
